**Farm Fresh Bi-Weekly** New cheese
We received another shipment of cheese this week. A new flavor -- fresh mozzarella.-- is packaged in deli tubs in a whey bath. It has a very mild flavor and you can use the whey, as well. Try some and enjoy it! Out our-dated meats
What a big success! The lamb sold out very quickly, but we still have some pork products available for $1/lb (in the bottom of the Stainless Steel freezer by the bathroom door). Remember to recalculate the price using the weight on the package. News Flash
Did you know that in addition to being antibiotic and added hormone free, we are GMO and Clone free as well! With the news stories coming out this week about cloned animals being approved for meat and milk sales without added labels, we wanted to let you know that we do not feel it is in human's best interest to manipulate God's creation in that way. This past week we were interviewed by two graduate students from Northwestern University, who are doing a study of the sociological impacts of grass-finished beef, dairy, and lamb. It was my privilege to share with them that what makes our operation a success (and fun, too) are our wonderful, loyal customers. Without you, we would not be able to provide the products that we do. In an effort to keep our supplies fresh, we are removing from the sales
room lamb & pork cuts that have been frozen for more than 12 months.
This meat will all be placed in the bottom of the stainless-steel
freezer by the bathroom door. The entire supply is for sale at $1.00/lb
until it is gone. (You'll need to calculate the price based on the
printed weight.) This meat is still usable, but doesn't have that great
fresh flavor that you're used to. *Make joining "Cream of the Crop" your new year's resolution*
As you set new goals for 2007, we encourage you make healthy eating a
top priority! Not only are there physical benefits to eating healthy,
but you can earn special privileges, too! Our customers who purchase
more than $1000 worth of product during a 12-month period automatically
become members of our "Cream of the Crop" club, which has many advantages. "Cream of the Crop" club members receive early notification for upcoming
products, priority in limited-supply items, and a special banquet once a
year. Two primary products we currently save for "Cream of the Crop"

Several of our (geographically) distant relatives have inquired about
how we fared the severe Kansas storm this week. The storm? We
experienced "low" temps in the 20s and an inch of rain. Even though
national weather did say that Kansas got buried in a blizzard, we had a
