**Farm Fresh Weekly** Share your favorite healthy snack.
A traditional part of our fall party includes customers sharing their favorite healthy snack. This is a great opportunity for interaction between customers and friends. Be thinking of what you would like to share and be sure to put our annual fall customers' party on your calendar for Saturday evening, Nov. 4. We'll have a bonfire and hayrack rides; bring your family, lawn chairs, and a healthy snack to share. We're also trying to engage a bluegrass band for the evening. It'll be an event you won't want to miss! Lambs to butcher
This Tuesday we are taking 10 lambs to the butcher. If you would like to order a whole or side of lamb, be sure to let us know soon! Judy and Ken traveling
We will be visiting David at college this weekend in northern Indiana. If you live along the route and would like product delivered, let us know and we will try to make the arrangements. Daniel will be on the farm to assist you, if needed. New email address for buying club coordinator

Our annual fall party for customers will be on Saturday evening, November 4. We'll have a bonfire and hayrack rides. Bring lawn chairs and a healthy snack to share. We're also trying to get a bluegrass band for the evening... it'll be an event you don't want to miss! Also, as a thank you to our "Cream of the Crop" members, we will be serving a sit-down meal prior to the bonfire and hayrack rides. If you're getting close to joining the "Cream of the Crop" club, try to hit the $1000 mark a few weeks before the event so you can be included! (Become a "Cream of the Crop" club member by purchasing $1,000 or more in merchandise over a 12-month period. "Cream of the Crop" club members receive advance notice of new products, products in high demand or short supply, and other special notices.) Smoking summer sausage
True to King creativity, we fashioned a smoker out of an old freezer, and are now in the process of smoking summer sausage. We don't know how it will turn out, but it sure smells good. If you'd like to take a peek, it's right outside the south doors (beside the bathroom). Suggestions always welcome
We are always looking for better ways to meet our customers' wants. If you have specific cuts of meat that you'd like that we don't carry, let us know and we'll try to accommodate. Specifically, we're curious about pork and lamb. We have several items that are not selling well: hams, shoulder roasts, and leg of lamb. Is there a different way you would like these processed? For instance, would you like shaved ham? whole hog link sausage? Please let us know! Reminder on buying clubs
