**Farm Fresh Weekly** More animals have arrived
This week, 13 piglets joined our farm! They are happily eating pasture grass and skim milk. We have also moved the first batch of fryers out on pasture to make room for another batch of chicks. Irrigation system to come
We are busy getting ready for the new irrigation system, which will be installed next week. We are extremely dry and the grass has stopped growing, so we are very thankful that watering will soon be possible! Reasons to join "Cream of the Crop" club:

**Farm Fresh Weekly** Freezers
Several customers have expressed interest in purchasing freezers for themselves. We would be willing to shop around and try to get a quantity discount if there is sufficient interest. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are interested. Yogurt coming soon
One of our goals this year is to begin producing yogurt. We will start with plain, and then branch into other flavors. Stay tuned for further details. Fresh cream now available
Production has increased enough that this week we will be able to meet the demand of fresh cream and milk. We always think there is nothing better than fresh cream on fresh strawberries. Happy Easter!

**Farm Fresh Bi-Weekly** Sales room up and running
The sales room remodeling is complete! Come see all of the changes and help yourself! We have added several new features to the sales room:
1. We are putting out back issues of magazines we read and enjoy. Help yourself to any that look interesting, read, and return for others to enjoy.
2. We have added a toy box to entertain your children while you shop. Look for it under the table. Spring farm tour
Saturday, May 27, we will have a spring open house and farm tour. Come see everything that's growing on the farm-- chickens, pigs, calves, lambs, flowers, grass... spring is an exciting time on the farm! More information to follow... but mark your calendars now! Price increase on chicken
Last fall, we asked our customers if they would be willing to pay slightly more for chicken raised on organic feed. You responded with a resounding "yes." Therefore, this year, we will be using organic feed for our chickens. We will sell whole chicken for $2.00/lb fresh or $2.25/lb frozen. Fresh chicken will only be available on butchering days several times during the summer, so remember to place your order for fresh chicken or chicken parts early. Healthy food for healthy living.
